Thirteen Tuesdays together, November 3, 2026, to February 2, 2027, from noon to 1:30 p.m. Eastern. The seat is free for the founding class.
The book comes first. You'll need your own copy of MIND CONTROL before you register. It isn't included with your seat, and each person needs their own, partners included. Get the book on Amazon ↗
One registration per person.
Four dates take you from registering to our first session.
01
Your confirmation email, with the Guidebook and the POD scheduling form. The form confirms your seat, so fill it out the same day.
02
Your invitation to the Ask Althea community, where the Course lives. Confirm after that, and it arrives right away.
03
Your One Thing essay is due in the Week One lesson. The Guidebook walks you through it.
04
Our first session, at noon Eastern. You'll meet your POD that same week.
About three hours of meetings a week, plus the reading, the writing, and a practice you choose for every morning and evening. It's a real commitment, and it's the whole Course, not a lighter version of it.
Thirteen Tuesday sessions. Ninety minutes with me, live or on the recording. No session December 22.
Your POD. Five to seven people, usually six, for ninety minutes every week. At least ten of thirteen meetings live. Never recorded.
The weekly work. A chapter of the book, its Reflective Questions and Practice, and your morning and evening practice.
Two essays. Your One Thing, before we begin and again at the end.

Your partner. Your closest friend.
When you change, the people closest to you feel it first. If that person is doing the work at the same time, with the same words for what's happening, the change becomes something you share instead of something you have to explain.
You'd be in the same Course and different PODs, on purpose. Each of you needs your own copy of the book and your own registration. Send them this page: firehorse.press/course.
The Course page has the schedule, how PODs work, and the questions people ask most. Or write to me at phil@askalthea.community.
